How To Enter:

1.Arrange a plate with your cookie entry, at least a dozen cookies per entry.  You may take your display plate home after the contest or you can provide your entry on a disposable plate.

2.Attach a legible recipe card for the cookie to the bottom of the plate.  Include the name of the cookie, your name, address & phone number.  For children’s entries, include the child’s age.

3. Enclose all in a zip style storage bag and bring to the Palmer Museum in downtown Palmer on the day of the event, December 10th. Sign in your entries between 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

JUDGING takes place at 2 p.m. Good Luck!        

Contest Rules:

Any amateur cookie baker of any age may enter.  (No professionals please)
Must be original recipe, homemade and baked by entrant.  No mixes, etc.  All recipes must be submitted with a legible recipe card including name, address, phone number and age, if child.  Recipes should list ingredients with measurements and state preparation instructions with baking/cooking times and number of servings.  GPCC respectfully requests the right to use all recipe submissions.

Overall Appearance-Creativity-Flavor
(All criteria rated on 1-3 star basis)Cookies must be homemade.  No mixes, store-bought cookies, etc. will be accepted, and the contest is open only to amateur bakers
